Creation Spaces

Make It! is a shared community space at the Pierre Berton Resource Library that offers equipment and tools for makers of all ages. Make It! provides a flexible co-learning environment that houses a variety of equipment and technology to suit students, entrepreneurs, artists and inventors.

Charges

  • 3D Printer - $1 per print plus $0.10 per gram.
  • Button Maker - $0.25 per button.
  • Carving - $1.00 plus cost of material plus an additional $0.25 per minute.
  • Vinyl Cutter - $1 per ½ foot of paper.

Create It! offers 3 distinct creation spaces at the Civic Centre Resource Library that will especially appeal to artists, musicians, DJs, creative entrepreneurs and business owners.

The Bathurst Clark Resource Library provides a suite of digital programming for children and their caregivers to learn and explore new technologies in a creative, educational, safe and fun environment. A dedicated space will be created in the future with the addition of a Digital Literacy Lab that will support children of all levels of digital experience.
