The premise is that a gang of neo-Nazis known as "Russia 88" is filming themselves for Internet propaganda. They commit acts of violence against "foreigners." There is even conflict within the group, as one gang member is Jewish. Then the leader of the band discovers his sister is dating a non-Russian from the Caucasus and tragedy ensues.
