Adult who love children’s books

You’d be surprised how many of us are out there: adults who have never stopped reading and enjoying children’s and young adult books. Some of them hide their passion, wrapping their books in brown paper so people on the bus can’t tell what they’re reading and telling salespeople in the children’s section of bookstores that they’re looking for books for their “niece”. Hopefully these people will soon come to see that there’s nothing to be ashamed of and be proud of what they read. The Internet has helped a lot in bringing people together to talk about their favourite books with hundreds of children’s authors’ websites and discussion forums. From well known authors like Lucy Maud Montgomery to lesser know ones like Noel Streatfield people can share their thoughts about their favourite books with other “kindred spirits.” So what are you waiting for? Reread some of your favourite children’s books and share the love!
