My Thoughts:
This book took me on an emotional journey from start to finish. And it reminded me that every person should know the love of a faithful pet. Helen is a talented writer with an eye for detail. It must have taken extreme courage for her to share the painful memories of Sam’s death. It is truly astounding to witness Helen’s resilience, her commitment to her family, Cleo and to life and love. A touching story that will surely have you reaching for the Kleenex box!
