As of this week, the window frames have been delivered on site, the roofing membrane installation is in progress, the window openings are being tarped and more are still happening. Here is a quick photo update.

As of this week, all masonry work has been completed. Roof insulation and HVAC roof top units are being installed. Installation for the curtain wall frame and the directional boarding for electric secondary service feed are in progress.

If you pass by Pleasant Ridge Library this week, you will see that a lot of masonry work has been done already. Work on the air barrier and the roofing has begun!

Construction continues at Pleasant Ridge this week and things are moving quickly.

Construction on the Pleasant Ridge Library continues to progress smoothly. The installation of exterior cladding substrate has started. Work continues on the installation of the duct work, electrical rough-in, sprinkler piping and radiant floor lines.
