The holidays are approaching, but work at the Civic Centre Resource Library is not slowing down. Concrete work for the foundations has been completed; piers and cloumn bases have been covered with straw, plastic and gravel for weather and moisture protection; reading garden bench concrete has cured and formwork has been removed and more.
