3D Design for Families

Bathurst Clark Resource Library

Saturday, May 3, 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Calling our youngest designers and their caregivers. Come learn how to use Tinkercad to design an object for our 3D printers to print. Grades 1-4 + an adult.

3D design is enticing, especially for our younger customers, but it's a process that can be a little overwhelming if you're trying it on your own. It's also a fun process for adults, who can use our printers at Civic Centre or Pierre Burton Resource Libraries to make prototypes and other items. 3D Design for Families offers the chance for our younger customers to learn this process alongside their adult caregivers who can help them follow along and guide their design.
