    Presented by CMHA York Region. Over the last few years, we have all experienced insurmountable change and uncertainty in our personal and professional lives. As we continue to adapt to an ever-changing world, it’s important that we develop and sustain a healthy relationship with the things we can’t know and can’t control. These shifts in how you think about uncertainty will help you maintain a positive outlook and reduce worrying as you encounter change in your life or invite new beginnings.
