Explore the local community garden and learn how you can get involved to grow your own herbs & vegetables! Participants will meet at the garden. Register on Eventbrite.
Please note we will be meeting at Assembly Park Garden for this walk. This program is done in partnership with Assembly Park and YRFN. A limited number of Nature Backpacks will be available on-site for customers to checkout with their Vaughan Public Libraries card. All ages are welcome! There will also be nature-themed activities available for younger children. Children are required to have adult supervision. To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of the program for all participants we kindly ask that pets stay at home or explore the space independently. This program will take place outdoors (weather permitting), so wear comfortable shoes and appropriate outerwear. Don't forget to bring water!
