Ready, Set, Meal Prep!

  • Want to make more of your own meals, but not sure how to start? Learn to meal prep and take home what you make! $17 per person. Register on Eventbrite.

    This program is presented by Alicia Koebel, Fitness & Lifestyles Coordinator at York University's Tait McKenzie. This program is for adults (18+). The meal will be vegetarian.

    We are a nut-aware space and do not use nuts in our programming, but we cannot guarantee a nut-free facility. Please alert us of any allergies when registering on Eventbrite.

    Our kitchen programs are held in the VSES Teaching Kitchen, located on the third floor.
