Passport to Vaughan: “Summer in Italy” Pasta
  • Roll up your sleeves and get ready to make a summery pasta together from scratch! Presented by Frank Mazzuca. Registration is $5 on Eventbrite.

    We will be making a light and summery pasta with zucchini and garlic and a splash of lemon. Presented by Frank Mazzuca.

    Frank Mazzuca has always believed that cooking the food is only one quarter of the experience. Connecting with culture and tradition, learning about ingredients and sharing what you’ve created all make up the rest of the whole part of what cooking is really about.

    Frank is a passionate home cook, food influencer and ambassador, content creator for his food channel on YouTube “Family Style”, and has close to 7M food images on Instagram (@familystyle). Frank is no different than you - he loves food; cooking it, eating it and most of all sharing it!

    The room capacity is limited. All individuals planning to be inside the kitchen during the program must be registered as a participant. This includes any adult accompanying a child. Please contact the VMC service desk if you have questions.

    We are a nut-aware space and do not use nuts in our programming, but we cannot guarantee a nut-free facility. Please alert us of any allergies when registering on Eventbrite. Our kitchen programs are held in the VSES Teaching Kitchen, located on the third floor.
