Cooking with Diabetes
  • Learn about cooking with diabetes, high blood pressure, and cholesterol with Vaughan Community Health Centre as we cook up delicious lunches together week to week! Registration is $12 on Eventbrite.

    This 3-week program series was originally scheduled for Thursdays, September 12, 19, and 26. The last date of the program has been moved from Thursday September 26 to Thursday October 3.

    The room capacity is limited. All individuals planning to be inside the kitchen during the program must be registered as a participant. This includes any adult accompanying a child. Please contact the VMC service desk if you have questions. We are a nut-aware space and do not use nuts in our programming, but we cannot guarantee a nut-free facility. Please alert us of any allergies when registering on Eventbrite. Our kitchen programs are held in the VSES Teaching Kitchen, located on the third floor.
