Learn how to make Chinese baked BBQ pork buns from scratch in this 2-day bread-making program! Registration is $14 on Eventbrite for both sessions. Please note that this program takes place over the course of two evenings. Registration is for both days. This program will be led by guest presenter Beryl.
We will be using pork for this program.
This program is for all ages, but any children attending should be gr.4+ and should attend with an adult. Please ensure all attendees have their own ticket.
The room capacity is limited. All individuals planning to be inside the kitchen during the program must be registered as a participant. This includes any adult accompanying a child. Please contact the VMC service desk if you have questions.
We are a nut-aware space and do not use nuts in our programming, but we cannot guarantee a nut-free facility. Please alert us of any allergies when registering on Eventbrite. Our kitchen programs are held in the VSES Teaching Kitchen, located on the third floor.
