Charcuterie Spreads
  • From salami rivers to beautiful roses, you’ll learn to play with your food to make stunning charcuterie spreads! For grades 7-12. Registration is $10 on Eventbrite.
    This program is part of the 2-part charcuterie program series. You do not have to register for both sessions in order to attend one or the other. Registration is separate for each program.     This program is intended for gr.7-12, but adults are welcome to join.
    The room capacity is limited. All individuals planning to be inside the kitchen during the program must be registered as a participant. This includes any adult accompanying a child. Please contact the VMC service desk if you have questions.
    We are a nut-aware space and do not use nuts in our programming, but we cannot guarantee a nut-free facility. Please alert us of any allergies when registering on Eventbrite. Our kitchen programs are held in the VSES Teaching Kitchen, located on the third floor.
