Let’s learn about Chè, Vietnamese sweet dessert soups, and make three different types! We will be making Chè Thái, Ché Ba Mau, and Chè Bắp. Registration is $7 on Eventbrite. Presented by Trang Vo. Please bring three containers to bring home some Chè. All ages/Families are welcome (children are encouraged to attend with an adult)!
We will be making:
•Chè Thái (a colourful drink)
•Ché Ba Mau (similar to Halo Halo)
•Chè Bắp (Corn and Tapioca pudding)
The room capacity is limited. All individuals planning to be inside the kitchen during the program must be registered as a participant. This includes any adult accompanying a child. Please contact the VMC service desk if you have questions.
We are a nut-aware space and do not use nuts in our programming, but we cannot guarantee a nut-free facility. Please alert us of any allergies when registering on Eventbrite. Our kitchen programs are held in the VSES Teaching Kitchen, located on the third floor.
